CEO Germany / Head of Investment Europe
Marcus is Chief Executive Officer of Savills Germany and Head of Investment Europe.
Marcus started his real estate career in 1996 with Jones Lang LaSalle, at that time Jones Lang Wootton, in Frankfurt. In 1998 he changed to the Madrid office of Jones Lang Wootton and took over the leadership of the investment department for Spain.
From 2005 to 2006 Marcus headed the investment department of Savills in Madrid. In 2006 he returned to Jones Lang LaSalle as head of leasing & capital markets Germany. He was also member of the German management board of Jones Lang LaSalle. In July 2012 Marcus joined Savills as head of investment Europe and since October 2012 he is responsible for the German business as CEO Germany.
Marcus Lemli studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, London, and Paris and finished his studies with a business graduate (Diplom-Kaufmann) and as real estate economist.
Andreas Wende MRICS
CEO Germany / Head of Investment Germany
Since July 1st 2013 Andreas Wende is COO and Head of Investment Germany.
After his professional education as an industrial manager and following studies in economic sciences, the business graduate headed the Controlling and Logistics department of two motor industry supplier plants for a period of 3 years.
From 1996 to 2000 he was the Commercial Manager North of Deutsche Telekom AG with a strongfocus on real estate. In his subsequent position as the branch manager of STRABAG PFS (at that time DeTeImmobilien) Andreas was responsible for the nationwide sales of Property Management and Facility Management Services in the Northern region for over eight years. At the same time he was Board Member of STRABAG Hungary for a period of two years.
After the sale of DeTeImmobilien to STRABAG Andreas took over responsibility for the region Northern Germany within Jones Lang LaSalle in 2009. In addition he was a Business Board member. And as head of Landlord Representation he was responsible for the successful set up, the acquisition and the implementation of the business line Landlord Representation Germany.
The GreenLease working group, of which Andreas Wende is co-initiator, won the ImmobilienManager Award in the section “Sustainability” in 2013.
Various voluntary commitments in charitable foundations (Management / Supervisory Board), counsellor of a large private bank and particularly in the real estate sector, such as Regional Board Member North of ZIA,member of the committee of urban and regional development of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce are completing his professional career.
Andreas is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Managing Director / Head of Düsseldorf and Cologne
In his position as managing director, Panajotis Aspiotis is responsible for the Savills-locations Düsseldorf and Cologne.
His professional career began 1997 at the Vereinigten Bonner Wohnungsbau AG. In 2000 he moved to BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH and was most recently employed as department manager before founding white GmbH in 2007 with his partners. In the company he was active as managing partner.
Through the sale of this young company in May 2008, Panajotis Aspiotis encountered as Associate Director Office Agency of the company Savills. Since 2010 he has worked as branch manager in Düsseldorf. Only two years later he has also been responsible for the location Cologne. In 2013 he became member of the general management. Panajotis Aspiotis was appointed to the executive management in 2014.
Head of Valuation Europe, Managing Director Corporate Finance - Valuation Germany
Draženko is Head of Valuation Europe and is also responsible for the Corporate Finance – Valuation department from Savills in Germany. He has vast experience in valuations in Germany.
Draženko joined Savills in March 2007 which was the starting point of the current Valuation Team in Germany. Besides his management duties and responsibilities in Europe and Germany he is main contact for several domestic and international banks and institutional investors. His valuation experience includes: Valuations of single assets and real estate portfolios for financing, audit and IPO purposes Valuations of single assets and real estate portfolios according to international standards as well as German Valuation Standards (WertV / WertR) Valuations of all types of uses especially retail, office, residential and logistic properties Calculation of German Mortgage Lending Values (Beleihungswert) Prior to joining Savills he was Head of the Berlin Valuation Team at CB Richard Ellis for two years and worked for 4 years in the Corporate Finance - Real Estate division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and for 1.5 years in the Real Estate Surveyor’s Office of Roland R. Vogel in Berlin. Drazenko has a degree in Business Management and Construction Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) from the Technical University of Berlin. In 2002 he was awarded a valuation diploma (Dipl. Sachsverständiger für die Bewertung von bebauten und unbebauten Grundstücken) by the German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg and in 2007 he received a diploma (Immobilienökonom) from the European Business School (ebs). Since 2007 he has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Managing Director, Office Agency
Christian Leska is Managing Director of the Berlin Office Agency team. His sphere of responsibility is to advise landlords and tenants and focusing on new business in terms of corporate clients for acquisition and disposals. He has extensive experience of the Berlin office market and advised some of the most important conclusions of tenancy agreement within the last 12 years. In the course of his career he was responsible for many transactions with national and international clients. Furthermore he has available best contacts in town to get detailed research data of the Berlin office market. Before joining Savills in 2007 Christian has been director for letting at Catella Property Group in Berlin. The first 5 years of his career he was head of letting for Deutsche Bank in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Managing Director, Office Agency
Marcus Mornhart is Managing Director and Head of Office Agency Germany.
Marcus started his real estate career in 1992 in Hamburg. Six years later he changed to a local developer of warehouse and industrial property in Frankfurt where he was in charge of the letting business.
In 2001 he joined the office letting division of Jones Lang LaSalle, specialising in tenant representation. In this role he advised tenants on leasing, prolongation of lease contracts, sub-lettings, consolidation of offices as well as restructuring projects. From 2007 to 2010 he headed the office letting team in Frankfurt and from 2010 to 2013 was Head of Tenant Representation in Germany.
Key clients over the past 21 years included law firms, asset management companies, banks (international and national), consultancy firms, insurances, auditors / tax consultants and firms of the advertising industry. He was key account for two insurance companies (Continental Europe), an international auditing and tax consultancy firm in the German-speaking world as well as an international advertising holding company in Germany.
Managing Director, Corporate Finance - Valuation
Karsten has vast experience in transaction advisory work in Germany. He has been working in this area since 2000 and was responsible for numerous due diligence positions and sales projects both during his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Savills. His experience includes: accomplishment of due diligence projects in the financing and real estate area for buyers and vendors, transaction of sell-side mandates, analysis of non-perfoming loans, investment analysis and appraisal of business of asset- and share-deals for housing companies as well as development of business plans for real estate companies and fonds. Before joining Savills he was serving to PricewaterhouseCoopers in Berlin as Senior Manager in the corporate finance real estate team. Furthermore he was investment manager for the venture capital company Econa. Karsten studied industrial engineering and management at the Technische Universität Berlin. In addition he read business financing at the Cass Business School in London. In 2005 he was appointed Chartered Financial Analyst and is member of the CFA Institute (CFA) since this time.
