Savills expands Industrial Agency Team with new division in Düsseldorf and hires Stefan Bendix as Director and Teamleader

Savills is setting up a new logistics department (“Industrial Agency”) at its Düsseldorf office in Germany as of 1 October. Together with the Cologne-based Industrial Agency Team, which has been operating since 2012, the team is planning a close cooperation for the logistics hotspots in North Rhine-Westphalia. Stefan Bendix will be responsible for the business line as director and team leader in Düsseldorf, positioning the team in the market and building a strong presence in the long term.
