Draženko's expertise in the valuation and consulting business is outstanding. He has been involved in the field of corporate finance and valuation for the past 25 years. Draženko studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University Berlin and Real Estate Economics at the European Business School. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Draženko worked in corporate finance real estate, before establishing and managing the Berlin valuation team of CBRE, a global real estate services company. In addition to his managerial activities in Europe and Germany, at Savills, Draženko advises national and international investors on assessing acquisitions of individual properties or real estate portfolios and evaluates them in the context of transactions, financing, IPOs and annual audits.

He is an expert in national and international valuation standards and is a member and registered valuer of the professional association RICS. Draženko graduated from the German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg as a chartered expert on the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties. He would like to further advance the digitalisation of property valuation and the real estate industry in general. 

Born in Berlin, he enjoys spending his leisure time with his family and playing tennis.
