With detailed knowledge of Berlin and a strong track record in investment transactions, Leiv has been closely following the capital’s office property market for many years. Following his real estate agent training at GEWOBA AG in Bremen, he studied Business Administration, specialising in Property Management, at IREBS in Regensburg. He also gained practical experience whilst working in Frankfurt, Berlin, Liverpool and Brussels.

In 2018, he joined Colliers in Frankfurt as an analyst and moved to Berlin a year later, remaining with the company. In May 2025, his career path took him to PTXRE GmbH, formerly Neoshare. Over the past few years, Leiv has overseen numerous transactions involving office or mixed-use properties with a total value of over one billion euros. His expertise ranges from acquisition and management through to successfully closing mid and large-cap transactions. In doing so, Leiv draws on a broad network of regional, national and international investors. He brings this expertise to Savills, where he advises clients on both the seller and buyer sides.
