Andreas knows how to successfully manage property companies and teams. From legal and financing matters to asset and property management, he has provided his expertise as a legal expert and lawyer to the industry since 2001. After passing his second state examination in law, he started his property career in the legal department of HypoReal Estate Bank. This was followed by positions in the credit services sector with British-US investors and service providers. Starting in 2006, Andreas built up the loan servicing platform of Westfalenbank and its US joint venture partner Crown Mortgage Management in Germany and headed it as a managing director until 2012. He also held this position at PropertyFirst GmbH as of 2014. After the company was taken over by the Dutch MVGM Group, he was a board member and legal counsel for MVGM in Germany from 2020 onwards. Andreas lives with his family in a village nestled between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Football plays a large role in his leisure time, as he is a member of the executive committee of a local football club and a fan of Schalke 04. A season ticket holder, Andreas naturally never misses a home match.
