Jennyfer learnt her job from the ground up as a business and property management specialist. She has worked in the property sector since the early 1990s. It all began in the summer of 1992 at the non-commercial Cologne housing association Grund und Boden in their rental accounting and legal department. After several years in freelance property management in Hamburg, she started working in asset management for a large Cologne-based property company in spring 1997. In 2006, Jennyfer joined OMEGA Immobilien as a property manager, which today is Savills Property Management Deutschland GmbH. Together with Katleen Linke, she has led our national commercial property management team, operating in Cologne, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, since 2024. Today, Jennyfer now successfully oversees project management within our commercial property management office.

As a native of Cologne and a true ‘Kölsch’ girl, Jennyfer of course also lives in this fun-loving and vibrant city on the Rhine. In her leisure time she enjoys being out and about, meeting friends, dining and travelling.
