As head of commercial property management, Katleen is well-connected and experienced in real estate, and clients will benefit from her extensive knowledge. She trained in property management at the Brandenburg State Agency for Public Real Etate and Construction and worked there for two years. In spring 2012, she entered the commercial property sector, working as a commercial property manager at GermanInvest Property Management GmbH and later at Tectareal Asset Services GmbH. In 2017 she joined Cushman & Wakefield. Within five years, she rose to key account and team lead. Katleen joined us in 2024 and helped oversee the expansion of our Berlin office. Together with Jennyfer Otte, she led our Germany-wide commercial property management team for nearly two years. Katleen lives with her husband and dog in the beautiful countryside surrounding Berlin. Here she enjoys peace and solitude after busy days working in the capital. To keep things balanced, she gets into her jogging gear.
