With a clear focus on emerging topics such as digitalisation and the use of AI in property management, she is working to drive them forward for our clients. Xenia started her career in real estate by training as an estate agent. This followed with a degree in Business Administration at the EBZ Business School – University of Applied Sciences. She gained expertise in commercial property management at Cushman & Wakefield in Dusseldorf and Frankfurt am Main. Xenia then worked for five years at Völkel Real Estate as a senior property and key account manager before joining us in Hamburg in July 2021. With her experience, she helped set up the property management office there. One year later, Xenia headed up our property management team in Munich as an associate director. Today, she brings her people-oriented real estate expertise to bear on areas such as ESG, digitalisation, data management, AI and automation. As a strategic partner, she works with our teams to continuously refine processes and working practices – and, together with our clients, to develop modern, flexible operating models.

Xenia enjoys spending time off with her family and recharging her batteries by going jogging. When travelling, she likes to immerse herself in other cultures.
