Developing, controlling, monitoring and managing property projects make Simon exactly the right person for our building & project consultancy. He holds a Master of Civil Engineering and Project Management from Biberach University of Applied Sciences. After completing his studies, Simon joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Frankfurt am Main as a project manager. Amongst other things, he managed the Adidas campus expansion in Herzogenaurach. He then spent almost two years supervising public projects, such as infrastructure measures for the new Terminal 3 building at Frankfurt Airport and planning the refurbishment of the district sports facility in Garath, Düsseldorf. Most recently, he worked at Lehmann Consult in Cologne as an authorised signatory and site manager, overseeing projects such as the Kanzlerplatz in Bonn, the Herzog in Cologne and hundreds of TDDs for investors and funds. Whether general planning, technical feasibility studies on repositioning properties, technical transaction advice or client representation, with his broad expertise, Simon will advise you on all technical aspects relating to the acquisition, development, utilisation, management and sale of real estate.

Simon also devotes his free-time to property projects, helping to build his own home near Bonn. And when not shovelling sand or pushing a wheelbarrow, he is wheeling his daughter around the new housing estate on her tricycle.
