Arne has worked in the property market since 2007. During this time, he has built up a network of regional, national and international investors. This makes him ideally suited as a director of residential capital markets. After completing his apprenticeship as a carpenter in the late 1990s, he studied architecture at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. Shortly afterwards, he completed a Master's in Real Estate Management and Construction Project Management at the University of Wuppertal and University of Reading. Arne began his career in property at Engel & Völkers Commercial. After eight years, he joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Dusseldorf. Initially working in the office investment sector, Arne took over as senior team leader of the residential investment team for North Rhine-Westphalia at the beginning of 2023. Other career milestones include team leadership in investment at Anteon Immobilien in Dusseldorf and senior management at real estate investors Loosen & de Graaf in Aachen.
