Sven focuses very closely on the interests of owners and landlords. After all, he has worked as an agent and leasing manager in the office property market in Dusseldorf and throughout Germany for over two decades. After completing his training in property and housing management, he joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2000. He spent five years there as an office space agent. Sven later held this position for two years with project developer Catella. In 2008, as head of the Dusseldorf rental agency of HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung, he gained an owners’ perspective. As of July 2010, Sven was responsible for the development of the then newly created landlord representation consultancy at Jones Lang LaSalle. This he led nationwide for more than ten years. Sven’s priority is to optimise leasing management and to create added value by networking with other services. ESG consulting is also high on his agenda.

A native of the Ruhr region, Sven lives with his family in his hometown of Oberhausen. He likes the friendly and straightforward nature of the Rhinelanders. Sports like CrossFit help him stay fit and focused.
