Thomas has extensive experience in managing and implementing real-estate consulting projects with a focus on investment and valuation. His professional specialisation is in property valuation. Thomas holds degrees in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing.) from the University of Stuttgart and Real Estate Project Management (M.Sc.) from Northumbria University, Newcastle.

After working as a freelance Architect, he joined the valuation advisory team at real estate advisory company CBRE in 2005 and later was a senior consultant. Thomas then worked for auditing and consulting firm Deloitte as a senior manager in their real estate consulting division for eight years. As a professional member and registered valuer of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), not only is he thoroughly familiar with national and international valuation standards, but also with real estate accounting standards.
