Properties are his area of expertise, and he is profoundly knowledgeable in this field. Jan-Niklas received his training as an estate agent. Whilst working as a consultant within our office agency team, he also completed his Bachelor of Arts Real Estate at the EBZ. Jan-Niklas began his professional career in 2008 at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Dusseldorf working in office leasing. In 2011, he joined our Dusseldorf office agency team, which he and the team developed into one of the leading consultancies in the Rhine-Ruhr region. In 2018, Jan-Niklas then moved on to Berlin as a team leader and has been responsible for our German Office Agency teams since April 2021. He is a member of the “American Chamber of Commerce in Germany”. 

Jan-Niklas is a father of two and spends his free time with both family and friends. He finds inspiration in distinctive and thoughtful architecture that addresses townscapes and takes people into account.
