Once real estate, always real estate. Thomas can look back on almost 35 years in the field. It all started with an apprenticeship as a housing and property management assistant at the Lammerting Immobilien Group. This followed with further training at EBS as a certified shopping centre manager. From 1995 to 2008, he was employed at Kemper’s, the largest brokerage consultancy for retail property at the time. His last position there was as a managing director. Thomas then spent over 14 years at CBRE as a senior director and head of retail South West. He can offer more than market reports, location analyses or rental valuation appraisals. He also enjoys organising real estate events such as press conferences and retail-related informational meetings.

Thomas lives with his family in Cologne. He likes the open-minded and straightforward ways of the Rhinelanders. And that he can quickly get to Dusseldorf, Frankfurt or the Dutch seaside from there.
