At Savills, Max combines real estate with social responsibility when advising clients on healthcare and nursing care properties. He completed a bachelor’s degree in Property Management at HAWK Holzminden and obtained his master’s there in Energy-Efficient and Sustainable Construction. At a mid-sized planning and consultancy firm for social and healthcare properties, he was in charge of preparing technical due diligence, market and site analyses. Max also took care of project monitoring for leading investors throughout Germany. In addition, he established a regional office in Southern Germany. Born in Cologne, Max lives in the ‘forbidden city’ Dusseldorf. Naturally, he supports FC Köln and lives out his football passion as a volunteer goalkeeper coach for his home club. He also enjoys taking trips to the Netherlands.
