Alexander knows Savills and properties inside out. He joined us directly after completing his bachelor’s in Real Estate Economics and Management at HAWK Holzminden and his master’s degree in Real Estate Economics at Kingston University in London. While still at university, he gained his first professional experience in funds and asset management at Internos Global Investors, now Principal, in Frankfurt and London. Since 2013, he has contributed his extensive expertise to our Corporate Finance & Valuation teams. In Frankfurt, his main focus has included portfolio transactions in all asset classes and real estate valuations relating to transactions.

In March 2022, Alexander moved to our residential capital markets team where, as a director, he consults on structured acquisition and disposal processes for residential properties, from new-build neighbourhood developments to existing properties and portfolios. With his broad knowledge of the market, and as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he ensures clients a smooth and successful transaction process.
