Dennis has both knowledge and insight on the Frankfurt property market. During his training as a property manager, he gained experience in owners’ association and tenancy management and also with the practical aspects of real estate management. After completing his training, he joined Knight Frank in Frankfurt and specialised in office leasing. Dennis then spent more than seven years at JLL Frankfurt, where he advised numerous national and international clients on complex office letting transactions and provided strategic support to companies in their location decisions. During this time, he completed a degree in Real Estate Economics at EBS Universität for Business and Law. He is committed to bringing his experience in marketing, consultancy and property management, as well as his in-depth understanding of the Frankfurt office market, to bear on your projects.

Dennis has close ties to the financial centre. As a native of Frankfurt, naturally he is also a fan of Eintracht Frankfurt. When not working, he spends his free time with family and friends, or enjoying his hobbies golfing and fishing.
