Whether transaction consulting, finding operators and negotiating contracts, supporting project development, (operational) asset management or the strategic implementation of complex projects, Tina has a profound understanding of the German hotel market across a wide range of perspectives. She trained in hotel management and has a degree in Tourism Management. Tina worked for the JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group in Munich and Beijing for 16 years, lastly as a national director and senior vice-president. She then spent seven years at KPMG, where, as a director in the deal advisory and real estate division, she established their hotel advisory team. Before joining us, Tina spent just under four years at a Munich-based family office within the Dr Hans Inselkammer Group, as head of asset management and managing director of the property company Hotel Königshof. At Savills, with Tina’s extensive experience in hotel transactions and valuations, as well as asset management, client’s will benefit from her comprehensive advice.

Tina lives outside of Munich, even though she feels drawn back to the city. The lakes and mountains in southern Germany are a paradise for this avid hiker and sailor. When she is not doing sport, Tina enjoys cooking for her friends or travelling the world.
