Matthias has been at home in the real estate world for over 20 years. And that is why he is a perfect match for Savills. He is a licensed concrete/reinforced concrete builder and a chartered engineer. After finishing his studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, Matthias initially worked for a business consulting company. In 2000, he made his successful entry into the Hamburg property market. He worked almost ten years at Grossmann & Berger and other international property consulting companies in Hamburg. Before joining WeWork as a director of expansion in Central and Northern Europe, he was a branch manager at Cushman & Wakefield. Whether office agency, investment, industrial & logistics, value add, landlord and occupier services or flexible workspace, with Matthias at your side, you have a professional expert for your real estate projects.

Matthias is taken by the North’s warm and outgoing people as well as the fresh breeze and proximity to the sea. He likes how the Hafencity is developing and the versatility of Hamburg’s architecture.
