His outstanding talent was confirmed by receiving the APMP 40 under 40 Award in 2024. Jascha earned a Master of Business Administration at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management where he deepened his knowledge in business administration, focusing on the strategic management of projects and bid processes. Jascha gained his sales expertise as a regional sales manager responsible for three federal states in the financial services sector. As a bid manager at PwC for over five years, he was responsible for the coordination and preparation of strategic bid documentation in tenders for medium-sized companies and international groups in a wide range of industries. In 2023 he joined Savills. Whether strategically aligning proposal procedures or developing scalable pitch and bid structures across all service areas, Jascha always has his eye on compelling tenders with clear customer benefits.

Jascha lives in Sulzbach in the Taunus mountains. He finds perfect balance to his job in the nature surrounding the Großer Feldberg, whether hiking with his dog or on mountain bike tours.
